Ars Moriendi is a Latin term meaning 'The Art of Dying,' and refers to a series of texts from the late Middle Ages providing guidance from a Christian perspective on how to die well. These texts contain lots of comforting words to reassure the dying individual and express that it is not something to be feared.

Hunderds of years on from the time these texts were written there is of course still a great deal of fear surrounding the subject of death, our own or someone we love, and if we don't happen to have a religious faith it might be hard to find the solace we need. In this conversation with Interspiritual Minister and therapist, Grace Loveday, we discuss death from a heart-centred spiritual perspective and see how engagement with this natural part of our journey whilst perhaps still a long way off from the experience itself can actually be incredibly life-affirming.

Grace's passion is to educate, support and empower people in the area of end of life and her gentle warm energy infuses this frank conversation allowing the viewer to relax and open to the unexpected gifts death may have to offer us.
