Disclaimer

As a natural health practitioner and non-medic I do not claim to diagnose or treat diseases, instead I focus on creating optimal conditions for your body’s own powerful healing abilities to function.

Please understand that:

The information that I give on emotional wellbeing, diet and lifestyle should be seen by you as a tool enabling you to take charge of your own healing. I view my principal role as supporter, guide and educator; after which the responsibility lies with you to act on the advice given (studies show that patients who take responsibility for their health have a higher chance of full recovery). Having said this, I will provide continuing advice and support for you as long as you need it.
Rebuilding the health of the body takes time and along the way lifestyle needs will change. For that reason it may be necessary for us to work together over a period of weeks and possibly months so that required changes can be made to your programme.
I do not replace your GP or hospital consultant and you will need to keep your relationship with these specialists as they will remain your primary health-care workers.
I reserve the right to determine which cases fall outside my scope of practice, in which event the appropriate referral will be recommended.
I will be available to answer brief questions by email or phone in case of difficulties, but this is not an alternative to proper follow-up appointments.
All information you provide will be kept private and confidential. I will not contact members of your medical team unless we have discussed it first and you have given your consent. The ultimate responsibility for your health care is your own and I am here to support you in this. I reserve the right to discontinue our services where it is apparent that your expectations, and what I can provide, are not in agreement.
I will make clear any charges for consultations before undertaking them.
If you are not satisfied with my services and feel you have not gained anything from the experience of working with us, I will be happy to provide a refund of your fee, minus an administration charge of £35.
I understand that you may sometimes need to cancel an appointment and if you cancel up to 48 hours before your appointment you will get a full refund, minus an administration fee of £35. If there is an urgent situation and you need to cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice please contact me and we will come to an arrangement.
